- Food preparation in hotel restaurant or banquet areas (Japanese, Western, Chinese, desserts, etc.)
- Prepping, cooking, and plating for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Seasonal menu development and creative service presentation
- Counter service at some restaurants (tempura, sushi, etc.)
